  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.

  • Tracking numbers are automatically generated and sent to your email once your package leaves our facility.

2. Shipping Destinations, Timelines & Rates

We offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all domestic and international orders, with no minimum order value required.

  • For international shipments, customs regulations vary by country. Any applicable customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
